Another alternative is through the Aerobus which provides a fast connection between the airport, the city´s leading hotels, and Porto downtown. From “Campanhã” railway station it takes about 35-60 minutes from Porto to Aveiro, depending if it is a fast or suburban train. Daily, there are over 20 train services from Porto to Aveiro. If you arrive at Lisbon International Airport, take a taxi to "Oriente" railway station. The trip should take about 10 minutes, but this may vary depending on the existing traffic. The fare should be around 10 euros. From "Oriente" railway station, it takes about 2-3h to reach Aveiro, depending on if you are using the fast train (Alfa or Intercities).
